Alex Ruta is a young Polish racing driver competing with Van Amersfoort Racing in Formula 4. Born in Warsaw, Alex made a relatively late start in motorsport but progressed quickly through the karting ranks, earning competitive results at both national and international level.
After finishing as vice-champion of the 2024 ROK Cup Poland, Alex took the step into single-seater racing in 2025, joining Van Amersfoort Racing for the final round of the Formula Winter Series. He continued with the team in Italian Formula 4 and E4, where his focus was on learning, gaining experience and building consistency across his first full season in cars.
For 2026, Alex continues his journey with VAR across the Formula Winter Series, Italian Formula 4 and E4 Championships, working closely with the team as he develops step by step in single-seater racing.
