Pedro Lima joins Van Amersfoort Racing for full Formula 4 Campaign
Van Amersfoort Racing (VAR) is pleased to announce that Pedro Lima will join the team for a full Formula 4 campaign in 2026. The Brazilian driver will compete in the Formula Winter Series (FWS), the Italian Formula 4 Championship and the E4 Championship.
Pedro steps up to Van Amersfoort Racing after progressing through the international karting ranks and gaining valuable single-seater experience in the 2025 Brazilian Formula 4 Championship. During the season, he claimed two victories, nine podium finishes and two pole positions, ultimately securing third place in the overall standings. His performances highlighted strong pace, consistency and determination, marking him as a promising addition to team’s Formula 4 line-up.
The season will begin with the Formula Winter Series, providing Pedro with valuable track time and preparation ahead of the highly competitive Italian Formula 4 Championship. In addition, his participation in the E4 Championship will further support his development across a variety of circuits and race formats.
Van Amersfoort Racing looks forward to working closely with Pedro throughout his first full year in single-seater racing and is excited to support his continued development during the 2026 season.
