Andre Rodriguez joins Van Amersfoort Racing for the 2025 E4 Championship
Van Amersfoort Racing is delighted to welcome Andre Rodriguez to the team. The young American will join us for the entire E4 Championship.
Andre Preston Rodriguez, born on July 16, 2008, in Colorado, United States, started karting when he was only eight years old. However, it wasn’t until last year that he decided to pursue it more seriously.
The young American immediately proved to be impressively fast — not only in karting but also in formula cars. After a few tests with the team, it quickly became clear that Andre is a driver we want at VAR. He is highly motivated, with his biggest goal being to become an F1 World Champion.
Maarten Potgieter - Team manager Formula 4, Van Amersfoort Racing:
“We are delighted to welcome Andre to the team. During the test with us at Mugello, he showed great speed and plenty of potential for growth. We’re excited to support him as he develops in his formula career, combining our expertise with his outstanding talent.”
Andre Rodriguez - Formula 4 driver, Van Amersfoort Racing:
“I am very excited and blessed to race with VAR in the E4 series this year. I thank God, my dad, and family for all their support to get me here. I can’t wait to see what God has in store for me.”
The E4 Championship will kick off at Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet from July 18–20. The championship consists of three rounds, held at some of Europe’s most iconic circuits. We warmly invite our partners and fans to follow Andre’s journey and catch the action live via the championship’s official streaming platforms.
