Fernando Rivera is a young Mexican racing driver who has quickly established himself as one of the most promising prospects to emerge from North American Formula 4 competition. After a successful karting career in Mexico, Fernando made the step into single-seaters in 2025, competing in the NACAM Formula 4 Championship.
In 2026, he continued his development by racing in both the NACAM Formula 4 Championship and the F4 U.S. Championship. Throughout the season, Rivera demonstrated impressive pace and adaptability across Mexico, the United States and Canada, claiming his maiden Formula 4 victory at the Autódromo Hermanos RodrÃguez and securing multiple podium finishes on both sides of the border.
For 2027, Rivera joins Van Amersfoort Racing to compete in the Formula Winter Series and F4 Germany Championship as he embarks on the next chapter of his career and begins his first full season of racing in Europe.
