Do you have an interest in motorsport and are you pursuing a degree in Human Resources? Van Amersfoort Racing is looking for a full-time HR Intern starting in September for our office in Zeewolde.

In this internship, you will be fully integrated into the HR department of an international racing team. You will support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day operations and have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement and optimization of HR processes. You will gain hands-on experience in how HR operates within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What will you do?

Support the HR Business Partner in daily HR operations
Assist in improving and professionalising HR processes
Support HR communication and interaction with colleagues

Who are you?

HBO student in HRM, Business Administration or a related field
Available from September 2026 (5–6 months, full-time)
Accurate, proactive and eager to learn
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
Living within 50 km of Zeewolde and in possession of your own transport
