Van Amersfoort Racing (VAR) is one of the most successful racing teams in Europe. Since 1975, we have competed and won in major single-seater championships, including Formula 4, Formula Regional, FIA Formula 3 and FIA Formula 2.
Our focus is simple. We want to perform at the highest level, on and off the track. That means developing young drivers, but also building a strong team behind them. Working at VAR means being part of a competitive and fast-moving environment. Everyone in the team contributes to the final result. Whether you are at the circuit or in the office, your work matters and has a direct impact.
We value commitment, responsibility and the willingness to improve every day. Motorsport is demanding, but that is exactly what makes it rewarding. As our Test Team #1 Mechanic, you play a key role in the preparation, performance, and reliability of our test cars. You are not only responsible for the technical condition of the car, but also for leading and supporting the mechanics working around it.

As Test Team Engineer F2 & F3, you play a pivotal role in running the older generation F218 and F319 cars for the Test Team. You work closely with drivers, mechanics, data engineers and team management to ensure optimal car performance during test events and preparation in the workshop.
