Van Amersfoort Racing (VAR) is one of the most succesful racing teams in Europe. Since 1975, we have been winning races in major series and continue to strive to the top in the F4, FRECA, FIA F3 and FIA F2 Championships. Driven by a passion for racing, it is our mission to not only help young racing drivers build a successful career in motorsport, but also grant them strong values. These values are embedded in our motto: “Passion. Dedication. Tradition.” We have a deep sense of pride in our history, having achieved victories for almost five decades. These successes were fueled by the numerous individuals that went on to be victorious in their careers and lives following the time spent with our team, as either drivers or employees. Whilst we take pride in our past, we are devoted to our future. From the track to our offices, every individual in our team will determine how we succeed on and off track. Together, we strive for excellence and are, more than ever, determined to win races and championships like we’ve done since 1975.

Test Team Engineer - F2 & F3
As Test Team Engineer F2 & F3, you play a pivotal role in running the older generation F218 and F319 cars for the Test Team. You work closely with drivers, mechanics, data engineers and team management to ensure optimal car performance during test events and preparation in the workshop.

Chief Mechanic - FREC
As the Chief Mechanic for our FREC team at Van Amersfoort Racing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance, preparation, and performance optimization of our FREC race cars. You’ll be the driving force behind our mechanic team, ensuring cars are race-ready and performing at peak levels. The workshop is based in Zeewolde, but this role includes travel to various race events.

#2 Mechanic - FREC
As a #2 Mechanic within our FREC team at Van Amersfoort Racing, you play an important supporting role in the day-to-day preparation, maintenance, and operation of the race car. You work closely with the Chief Mechanic and the #1 Mechanic, both in the workshop in Zeewolde and at the race track. In a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, you help ensure the car is reliable, safe, and ready to perform at its best during race and test events. This role is an excellent opportunity to further develop your technical skills and gain experience in a professional single-seater racing environment.
