• Van Amersfoort Racing bereikt mijlpaal in tumultueus weekeinde.

    Van Amersfoort Racing (VAR) schreef op de Nürburgring één pole position en twee podiumplaatsen bij. Het regerende kampioensteam in de Duitse Formule 3 streek neer in de Eifel voor de vijfde ronde van de ATS F3-cup. Bijzonder is de derde plek van Willi Steindl in de eerste race. De eerste podiumplaats van de jonge Oostenrijker betekent dat alle drie F3-coureurs dit seizoen op het ereschavot hebben gestaan.

  • Van Amersfoort Racing neemt de leiding in ATS F3 Cup

    Op het TT-circuit van Assen liet Van Amersfoort Racing (VAR) voor eigen publiek zien waartoe het in staat is. Met vier podiumplaatsen, waaronder één zege, en twee pole positions tekende de kampioensformatie uit Huizen voor het sterkste teamresultaat van 2010. Het Duitse talent Daniël Abt is namens VAR bovendien de nieuwe leider in de ATS F3-cup.

  • Jeroen Mul en Liroy Stuart scoren Van Amersfoort dubbel!

    In het bijprogramma van de F3 Masters op Zandvoort, scoorde Van Amersfoort Racing een prachtige 1-2 overwinning in de zaterdagrace voor het NEC.
    Jeroen Mul bracht zijn nummer 13 Formule Renault als eerste over de streep op de voet gevolgd door teamgenoot Liroy Stuart.
    De Belgische piloot Ludwig Ghidi moest naar een klein uistapje genoegen nemen mer de derde plaats.

Van Amersfoort Racing

Van Amersfoort Racing, the Dutch raceteam, also known as VAR, has over 30 years of experience in autosport. Van Amersfoort Racing won over 90 races and obtained 15 Dutch and International titles, especially in single seater racing. Big names as Dutch former F1-drivers Jos Verstappen, Huub Rothengatter and Christijan Albers made school at Van Amersfoort Racing, as did other successful drivers, such as Guido van der Garde, Renger van der Zande, Carlo van Dam and 2009 German F3 champion, Laurens Vanthoor.
The team has a tremendous workshop in Huizen (Holland) with 8 fulltime and professional employees. This includes not only the technical staff, but also an experienced marketing and PR division. Former staff members of Van Amersfoort Racing made it to F1-teams, such as Sauber, BAR and Benetton.

Van Amersfoort Racing is the most successful single seater race team in The Netherlands. The team won a lot of national and international championships. 2009 was the best season in the history of the team in Huizen. VAR won the ATS Formula 3 championship, the Rookie title, the Vice championship, the Speed championship and the Best Team Award.
